CatholicVote  just released the video of a new 60-second TV commercial that urges Senator Casey to oppose any healthcare bill that would entangle Americans in financing abortion.  The ad is slated to begin airing in northeast Pennsylvania – including in Senator Casey’s hometown of Scranton. The narrator begins by saying,

The people of Pennsylvania work hard for their money. And nobody takes their jobs, their faith and their family more seriously than the people of our state. So why is Senator Casey considering voting for a healthcare bill that would use PA tax dollars to fund abortion?

 and features several real faces of his constituents, including a hardworking man who says it all in only a few short words:

 Senator Casey, we take our jobs and our faith seriously. So should you.

It also includes a mother/daughter pair who implore:

We’re counting on you, Senator Casey. Do the right thing.  Don’t let us down.

“Senator Casey is a fellow Catholic who knows what is right. But he’s under tremendous pressure to support this abortion-laden healthcare bill,” said Brian Burch, President of CatholicVoteAction.org .
